JobLab (joblab.me) is a product of ISI Labs Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales. ISI Labs Ltd is the seller of record for JobLab subscriptions and credit purchases. For billing or legal questions, email support@joblab.me.
JobLab is an AI application coach. It helps you find matching jobs, tailor your CV and letters, and prepare for interviews. You review and submit every application yourself on the employer's site.
JobLab offers a Free tier, a paid Premium subscription, and optional pay-as-you-go credits. Paid features are billed through Stripe on behalf of ISI Labs Ltd. List prices are in pounds sterling (GBP) exclusive of VAT. Applicable VAT (or other taxes) is calculated and added at checkout by Stripe, based on your location and tax rules.
Free and Premium include monthly (and sometimes daily) action quotas. When included quota is used up, Free users may buy credits; Premium users may enable credit overage in Profile. Unused Free or Premium quotas do not roll over unless we say otherwise in the product. Credits do not expire while your account remains open, unless we give reasonable notice of a change.
Credit packs are non-refundable. Once purchased, credits are added to your balance for use in the product. We do not refund credit pack payments if you change your mind, cancel Premium, or stop using JobLab, except where the law requires otherwise or we failed to deliver the purchase (see below).
If an optimization or other billed action fails before you receive a usable result, we restore the quota tick and any spent credits for that attempt back to your balance. That is not a cash refund — it only undoes a failed charge inside JobLab.
Premium renews automatically each billing period until you cancel. Manage or cancel in Profile → Plan & usage (Stripe Customer Portal), or email support@joblab.me. Cancellation stops future renewals; you keep Premium access until the end of the period you already paid for. We do not pro-rate unused days or refund subscription payments unless required by law or we agree otherwise in writing. Your credit balance is not refunded when you cancel — you keep any unused credits on your account to spend on Free.
Credit packs and Premium unlock digital services immediately. By completing checkout you request immediate access and acknowledge that credit pack purchases are non-refundable (except delivery failures below), and that you may lose any statutory 14-day cooling-off right that would otherwise apply to distance contracts for digital content, to the extent permitted by UK/EU consumer law.
If Stripe charged you and the purchase clearly failed to deliver (for example payment succeeded but credits or Premium never appeared), contact support@joblab.me within 14 days and we will fix the account or refund the payment. We do not refund credit packs or subscriptions where the service was delivered and used as described, except where the law requires otherwise.
We may change subscription or credit prices with notice in the product or by email. Changes apply to future charges, not periods already paid. Continuing to use paid features after the change takes effect means you accept the new price for subsequent billing.
Your CV and application materials are yours. You are responsible for the accuracy of anything you submit to an employer — always review generated materials before sending them.
Match scores are model estimates against the job description, not a guarantee of employer behaviour. Job listings come from public sources and may change or expire. JobLab does not auto-apply, does not guarantee interviews, and does not fabricate credentials.
Don't use JobLab to misrepresent your history, spam employers, or scrape the service. Accounts that abuse the AI features may be rate-limited or closed. We may suspend accounts for chargebacks or fraud.
The service is provided as-is while in active development. We may change features with notice inside the product. You can export your materials and delete your account at any time. See our Privacy policy for how we handle data.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Nothing here limits mandatory consumer rights that apply where you live.
